Hilton Hotel Frankfurt Airport

To everyone considering Hilton Hotel Frankfurt Airport as an option, I highly recommend you to read my review.

The Hotel & Location

We arrived from Antwerp, Belgium in Frankfurt around 5:00 PM after few hours driving, being tired is normal however because the check in process was very smooth and the sincere smile from Marlene, a lady behind the front desk, we felt good immediately.

Hilton Hotel Frankfurt Airport is located few-stone-throws from Terminal 1 Frankfurt Airport, easy peasy to find and just follow the direction boards around the airport. 

The lobby of the hotel area was large, open space and very impressive. My favorite part is the glass elevators inside the lobby that give an amazing views of the whole interiors of the hotel.

Moest je zinnens zijn om ooit in het Hilton Frankfurt Luchthaven te verblijven, dan raad ik je zeker aan om mijn ervaringen hierover te lezen.

Na een autorit van enkele uren vanuit Antwerpen in België, met een kleine tussenstop in Vianden in Luxemburg, zijn we om 17h00 aangekomen in Frankfurt, Duitsland.

Ondanks een vlotte autorit, is het toch normaal dat er enige vermoeidheid opduikt.

De check-in aan de receptie van ons hotel ging gelukkig heel soepel en dankzij de oprecht vriendelijke hotelmedewerkster voelden we ons onmiddellijk thuis.

Hilton Hotel Frankfurt Luchthaven is maar op een steenworp gelegen van Terminal 1, gemakkelijk te vinden door de richtingspijlen steeds goed te volgen. 

De lobby van het hotel is groot en vrij indrukwekkend. 

Mijn favoriet was de glazen lift met een spectaculair zicht op de receptie en het interieur er rond.   

The Staffs

This Hilton really knows what hospitality is, from the front desk staff to the Manager, this is one of the most friendly and helpful hotels you can choose. They are very receptive and quick to respond to a request. 

Just only because of this reason, I'll stay here again in a heartbeat.

Dit Hilton hotel begrijpt heel goed wat gastvrijheid betekend, van de receptie tot aan de General Manager, dit hotel is de beste keuze qua vriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid.

Ze zijn heel ontvankelijk en voldoen al je mogelijke wensen in een recordtijd.

Nog maar enkel voor deze feiten zou ik onmiddellijk terug voor dit hotel kiezen.

Our Suite & Bathroom

Upon check in, we get an upgraded room into KING DELUXE SUITE WITH SEPARATE LIVING ROOM at 8th floor, that was spacious and very comfortable, so well presented throughout which very impressed us, modern contemporary, and how I love the beige leather sofa in the separate living room.

The other fantastic pluses of the suite are the bed was comfortable, very clean and modern equipped. To know that this is hotel located in the area of an airport, I am quite amaze with the fact that sound proofing is very excellent.

The spotless bathroom itself was incredibly generous in space and functional, it has a separate bath and shower and I appreciate all of the amenities, nice smelling shampoo and soap products from Peter Thomas Roth . There is also an extra toilet in the living room. Without forget to mention, the robes and slippers were a nice plus.

We had access to the executive lounge on the 10th floor, they offer a free happy hour – an assortment of wine, beer, juices, cocktails and canapés. Such a light refreshments before going out for a dinner.

Onze Suite en badkamer

Bij de check in kregen we een upgrade naar een KING DELUXE SUITE MET APARTE WOONKAMER op de 8ste verdieping, en deze bleek heel ruim en comfortabel te zijn, ingericht in een moderne tijdloze stijl  en ik was direct weg van de beige lederen sofa in de aparte woonkamer. 

Deze suite had echt alles met enkel maar pluspunten.

Een zeer comfortabel kingsized bed, alles netjes, modern ingericht en voorzien van alles wat nodig is. Ondanks dat het hotel in de luchthaven zelf bevind, ben ik onder de indruk dat er totaal  niets te horen was van buitenuit.

De piekfijne badkamer was zeer ruim en heel functioneel met een aparte badkuip, aparte douchecel en met zoveel extraatjes zoals welriekende shampoos en andere zeepprodukten van het merk 'Peter Thomas Roth'. Er is ook nog een apart tweede toilet in de buurt van de woonkamer. 

Verder is de kamer voorzien van mooie gordijnen.

We hadden ook nog toegang tot de 'Executive Lounge' op de 10de verdieping, waar er dagelijks een gratis happy hour is met een mooi assortiment van wijnen, bieren, fruitsappen, alcoholische dranken en kleine hapjes, warm en koud, uitstekend juist voor dinner.

The Breakfast

The highlight of the stay was breakfast, a wide variety of delicious cold meat along with more traditional breakfast foods like eggs, breads and sausages. A different kind of infused water is a brilliant heathy ideas, a variation of bio yoghurt, cakes, Nutella cupcakes, fresh fruits and juices. 

I have no idea what brand of the tea selections they gave me, the green tea and black tea are so tasteful.

We absolutely loved the servers, they always want to make sure that everything is ok with us and our food. 

The breakfast served in RISE Restaurant ( ground floor ) and the Executive Lounge 10th floor.

Het echte hoogtepunt van ons verblijf in dit prachtig hotel is zonder twijfel het fantastische ontbijt met een grote variëteit van fijne vleeswaren, alsook de meer traditionele voedingswaren zoals eieren, broden en sauzen. 

Er was ook lekker 'infused' water en een grote variatie aan bio-yoghurts, cakjes,Nutella cup-cakes, vers fruit en fruitsappen.

Ik heb geen idee welk merk van thee ik gedronken heb, maar de earlgrey en zwarte thee waren voortreffelijk.

Het personeel tijdens het ontbijt vroeg meerdere keren of alles in orde was met ons en het eten. Ze wilden ons echt in de watten leggen.

Het ontbijt wordt gepresenteerd in het RISE restaurant op het gelijkvloers en in de 'Executive Lounge' op de tiende verdieping.
